  • SWIMMING POOL

    Surrounded by the Tuscan countryside and by sunbeds and umbrellas, it is open from May to September. A code is required to access the pool to prevent unaccompanied children from entering. Pool towels on request

  • BREAKFAST

    Guests can book a buffet breakfast, served on the panoramic terrace or in the poolside bar. Gluten-free breakfast on request

  • AIR CONDIOTIONING

    The houses are equipped with an air conditioning system that guests can operate themselves to cool down during the summer

  • MUSEUMS

    Tickets for local museums can be booked at the Tenuta

  • BARBECUE

    In the pine grove an area with barbecues, as well as a table and chairs for an outdoor cookout

  • PARKING

    Guests at the villa have free private parking

  • SHOPPING DELIVERY

    Grocery shopping deliveries are offered, allowing guests to relax completely by eliminating one of the domestic chores

  • TOUR GUIDES

    Guests who wish to discover the surrounding area with the assistance of a tour guide can book a guide at the villa

  • FAX & PHOTOCOPYING

    Fax and photocopying are available for guests at the villa’s Reception

  • TV

    All the buildings have one or more satellite televisions, located in the living room or in the bedrooms

  • TELEPHONE

    On request, every apartment is provided with a telephone for guests to use

  • BIKE HIRE

    There are a number of bicycles available to guests free of charge for excursions in the surrounding countryside

  • LAUNDRY

    All the apartments are equipped with a washing machine. Laundry service on request

  • COOK

    On reservation an in-house cook can be provided, who will satisfy every culinary request

    Guests can access open, free wi-fi all over the property

  • PARK

    There is a play area for children in the park of the Tenuta, with a slide and swings for young children and table tennis and a table football for older children

  • DISH WASHER

    All the apartments are equipped with a dishwasher to help guests manage the space

  • WINE AND OIL FOR SALE

    Wine and olive oil produced on land in the vicinity of Tenuta Tizzauli can be bought at the Reception

  • COOKING CLASS

    On request, a cooking class can be booked – an original way of spending time and learning new recipes

  • TRANSFER

    A transport service can be booked for travel between stations and airports and the property or for moving around the area

  • HEATING

    Every house has an independent heating system, which can be operated by guests

  • CRADLE

    On request, guests who have small children are provided with the free use of a cradle with bedding and a high chair

    Guests can enjoy the poolside bar, which is open all day in summer and only in the morning during other periods
