The apartment is accessed via a large garden area, which is shaded and furnished with garden furniture. The ground floor has a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a utility room. The first floor has two triple bedrooms, which both have a double bed and a single bed, and two bathrooms, each with a bathtub and shower.

For all stays we require 30% of the total stay, as deposit
The following cancellation and refund policy will apply to all bookings:
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival we refund 50% of deposit paid. From 14 days to 3 days prior arrival there is no refund. Cancelations within 2 days of arrival, no show and earlier departures will be charged for the full stay.
